Anyway, I decided to jump back on the saddle and try this blog thing again and also try and start up the P90x regimen over the summer. I doubt my college nursing school schedule will allow for this blog/workout video commitment during the fall, which is fine by me. I was able to lose the weight I have so far by just eating more through out the day and cutting my serving sizes WAY down--oh! And by working out. Duh! I went to the gym on my college campus (being that it's free and convenient).
I also hope to start going to a boxing instruction facility in my area and learn some moves. Seems like it would be great for me to learn some self defense and build some upper body strength. All I have to do is call them up, and figure out what I'll need for my first day...that'll happen soon. Hopefully.
So! My first day was Thursday and I wasn't really off to a fantastic start. I didn't have time to complete the entire Chest and Back video but I did get to complete the Ab Ripper video. Yesterday, I went on a decent bike ride so I guess that'll count for Plyo. heh. And today is my next video! If I do have time, and I'm not too tired after work, I plan on fitting in that Plyo video just for good measure.
