Day 13: It's a Shame

I actually didn't get to work out yesterday >.>
I just didn't have enough time, ok?! I had to go to work. But since today is supposed to be my rest day, I've decided to do the Legs and Back video and the Ab Ripper X video as well. So that means, in total last week, I missed 3 days of working out! Oi. Never again, (I hope) I swear to you.

Hahaha. Don't even ask me about my diet either. Gosh...

  1. I've found that if you miss a workout, just do what Tony says...do your best, forget the rest! No one says you can't do Legs and Back a day or two late. Does it throw off the schedule...who cares? It's your schedule, nobody else's. From my perspective unless you miss the majority of your workouts for a week, just make up a day or two (if you can) by skipping a rest day and get right back on the horse. The program is hard (the diet is harder) and it will grow monotonous...but it will get you results. I'm excited to see your progress in 90 days.

  2. Thanks! A lot. I've actually done extremely poor with my workout regimen, and I've realized that. I feel awful about it too, being that I've made this big of a commitment to it. I need to get "get back on the horse." Thanks for the support.
